    What types dances are in Colombia?

    Our country accounts for more than 85 autochthonous folklore rhythms, each with a characteristic dance. The mix between the Spanish, indigenous and African influences, and their derived instruments (strings, winds and percussions) were the roots for the birth of such diverse dances as bambuco, currulao, joropo, sanjuanero, champeta and cumbia.
