    The important natural and cultural diversity of the country has allowed it to have a varied offer of destinations throughout all of its regions. In the Caribbean Region unique places like the historic center of Mompox, the delightful beaches of Tayrona and the port, the fortresses and the monumental walled city of Cartagena.

    The Andean Region showcases attractions like the cultural landscape of the ‘Eje Cafetero’ (the Colombian Coffee-Growers Axis), the archaeological parks of Tierradentro and San Agustin and some of the biggest and most modern cities in Colombia.

    The Pacific Region is home to Los Katíos Natural Park, and its coasts receive the humpback whale migrations every year and presents one of the best-conserved rain forests in the world.

    In the Orinoquia Region are found the vast oriental plains, the El Tuparro Natural Park and Caño Cristales, also known as the river of the five colors.

    Furthermore, the Amazonia Region includes some of the most spectacular stops in the Amazon River, like the Heliconia Natural Reserve and some fragments of the fastest flowing river in the world.
